Adelaide Tutors is proud to present our specialized ACER/IGNITE Exam Preparation Course designed specifically for students currently in Year 5 who will be sitting the exam at the beginning of Year 6 in 2026. Our comprehensive program is meticulously structured to provide students with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to excel in these competitive examinations.
We maintain a maximum of 6 students per group, ensuring each student receives the individual attention they deserve. This personalized approach allows our expert teachers to identify and address each student's unique learning needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Our teachers are selected for their expertise in the specific areas tested in the ACER/IGNITE exams. Most of our tutors are actual school teachers with extensive classroom experience and deep understanding of curriculum requirements. This real-world teaching experience brings invaluable insights to our preparation programs.
Students receive carefully developed resources that target the exact skills and knowledge areas assessed in the exams. Our materials are regularly updated to reflect the latest exam patterns and requirements.
Last year, 50% of our students received offers in ACER/IGNITE exams, demonstrating the effectiveness of our specialized preparation program. Additionally, our long-term academic support has led to outstanding Year 12 results, including a best ATAR of 99.85 and two DUX awards in last year's results. We build foundations for long-term academic success at every level.
Our ACER/IGNITE Exam Preparation Course consists of 27 comprehensive sessions delivered over 27 weeks, providing students with continuous support and development throughout their preparation journey.
Each session runs for 3 hours, with focused instruction in:
- Critical thinking and problem-solving strategies
- Mathematical reasoning and advanced concepts
- Reading comprehension and analytical skills
- Writing techniques for creative and persuasive tasks
- Exam strategies and time management skills
To ensure students are placed in appropriate learning environments that match their current abilities and learning needs, we conduct an entrance test to allocate students to different groups. This assessment helps us create balanced groups where each student can thrive and receive targeted instruction.

- October 4-5, 2025
- December 20-21, 27-28, 2025
- January 3-4, 10-11, 2026
